About the Project
A ground-up luxury residence with marsh views, steps from Remley's Point and minutes from downtown Charleston. We developed and built it ourselves: a two-story modern farmhouse in board-and-batten and lap siding under a standing-seam metal roof, with a double-height steel-framed window wall, a white oak and marble kitchen, and a pool court framed by covered and screened porches. Completed and sold in 2026.
